Please call during these hours if possible.
Our doctor is always on call for emergencies.
Understanding how to properly treat allergies and asthma takes time. We are available to help and encourage phone calls between 8 am and 2 pm, weekdays (expect Wed. 8 am to 12 noon). Dr. Shampain is usually available 24 hours a day to handle urgent matters.

FEES & INSURANCE:
In the course of your office visits, you will receive consultations,
extensive patient education and services with our team of doctors,
nurses, and medical assistants. Our fees reflect the concentrated
management necessary to treat allergy and asthma. In addition,
our nurse counselor is available during calling hours to handle
your questions and concerns. Please call with questions related
to treatments prescribed and other allergy questions. Although
we cannot inform you of the exact charges in advance, because
we will not know exactly which and how many tests will be done
until after you meet with the doctor, we can provide an estimate
prior to your first visit, if requested.
